Chris, Caleb, and I went to Luke's class with this bat-cake today.
Luke wished to "live happily ever after" with his family. What a guy!

It was quite a task getting all that blue icing off of everyone (but certainly worth it)!
Then we came home and Luke opened presents from Caleb, Paul, Chris, and me.

5 years old! Wow! Happy Birthday, Luke! It's funny, Faimon and I were just talking about how Austin is doing a lot of things that remind us of Luke when we were in Oxford. Everybody's growing up fast.
Happy Birthday Luke! Hopefully someday Luke and Carter will get to celebrate like Chris and his buddy!
Oh, and this is probably not a comment one should leave on a blog, but I will anyway...Last Christmas my nephews (on Doug's side) ate birthday cake with blue icing and ALL had BLUE diapers the next day. Good times.
