Paul is baptised & Caleb is 2...

It was a big day in our house....Paul was baptised. Here he is in his precious outfit with a cross and a rosary from his godparents.
Afterwards, we had a party at our house to celebrate. Paul was seen downing the drinks in the corner with the help of his grandmother, Sweetie.
We also celebrated Caleb's 2nd birthday today (a little late because of the hospital stay on the day we originally intended to have his party). Here we are playing "pass the parcel," an English kids' birthday tradition we hope to remember year after year. We all had fun saying "parcel" with our British accents.
We had chocolate cake for Caleb and a carrot cake for Paul. It was a wonderful day!

Wow, Paul is definitely a Barnett!

Stacy, you look GREAT. Your hair looks adorable, did you dye it darker? I'm a little jealous you are wearing normal, cute clothes.

Love the hand on Caleb's hip in the beach pic, how fun.

Love you guys,
AB

Paul has so much hair! And I love his baptism outfit. Wish we could have been there to celebrate. Love our Barnetts!

Mary from Boston says:
CONGRATULATIONS on celebrating two wonderful occasions. It is always the desire of the host to be able to say: "And a good time was had by all." Looks like you've done that. It doesn't seem possible that Caleb is two. Any leftover cake? HA HA

You've had lots to celebrate lately. Glad things are going well. Caleb's birthday party makes me laugh. I want to do pass the parcel at Austin's next birthday too. I think that will be a fun tradition to keep from our time in England.

Happy belated birthday, Caleb!
