Chris officially started at St. Paul's this week. When they asked us for a family photo, it was quite sad to admit that we didn't have one without us in bathing suits! So, here was a quick fix to that problem. Not the prettiest backdrop, but hey---it's all 5 of us and we're actually looking in the same direction! : )

Summer love in the Barnett house

There has been a lot of brotherly love this summer.

This week, Chris and I celebrated (a little late) our 11th wedding anniversary which was great fun. But the big, grand finale, amazing summer romance in our house this summer was a huge surprise........

We didn't even know our guppies were in love!!! Imagine our shock when we discovered that Cody (whom I thought was a boy but Luke assures me has always been a girl) and Youkilis had 4 baby guppies. The boys were mesmerized! Congrats to the new parents, Cody and Youkilis Barnett! Long live the guppies!
