Fall Festival

We spent this gorgeous Saturday at a fall festival put on by my aunt's church. The boys enjoyed a train ride, a hay ride, a hay maze, bouncy castles, and games.
Here Luke and a sweet middle school aged girl made a scare crow together. We named him John Parker Wilson.

Barnett Movie Night

We made popcorn, drank Sprite, and watched BECAUSE OF WINN DIXIE. Our first movie night was a big success!

Our own little movie critic said so.

Saturday at Oak Mountain

We spent this beautiful Saturday at Peavine Falls in Oak Mountain State Park.

It was hard work climbing up and down rocks with 3 little ones. But we had a great time.

Paul is baptised & Caleb is 2...

It was a big day in our house....Paul was baptised. Here he is in his precious outfit with a cross and a rosary from his godparents.
Afterwards, we had a party at our house to celebrate. Paul was seen downing the drinks in the corner with the help of his grandmother, Sweetie.
We also celebrated Caleb's 2nd birthday today (a little late because of the hospital stay on the day we originally intended to have his party). Here we are playing "pass the parcel," an English kids' birthday tradition we hope to remember year after year. We all had fun saying "parcel" with our British accents.
We had chocolate cake for Caleb and a carrot cake for Paul. It was a wonderful day!
